The Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro Review
Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC with three back support cameras. It supports 5G network, has MIUI 11 proprietary OS, and is powered with a 40W fast charger.
It, however, comes in two variants, the 8GB + 128GB and the 12GB+ 512GB model. With this, buyers can make the choice that appeals to them. Even though the two models vary in price.
The device has a primary camera of 48MP with a primary sensor of f/1.8 aperture, a secondary camera of 12MP with f/2.2 aperture, and a 16MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture.
Among other features of the phone are its dual-LED flash, a panorama shot with a 20MP front camera and HDR.
Xiaomi Mi 9, 5G supports two Nano sim cards and runs on MIUI 11. Although, the device needs to be updated in other to receive the full support for MIUI 11.
The device is designed with a waterdrop style notch that has a 19—5:9 aspect ratio. There is also a vapor chamber (VC) cooling, which helps keep the CPU cool when performing intensive tasks.
A phone with this powerful package is expected to be built with a powerful battery, but this phone comes with a 4000mAH battery, which supports 40W fast charging.
With the fast charger, users shouldn’t look down on the phone because of the battery capacity. According to the manufacturer, the 40W fast charger will charge the battery up to 100 percent within 48 minutes.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a high-end device that is powered by a 2.84GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor on Android 9.0 and also supports wireless charging and even fast charging.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro has an internal storage capacity of 128 gigabytes, which can be expanded depending on the users’ choice. This can be done via the microSD card slot. It has been confirmed that this device takes 48 minutes to charge up to 100 percent if charged with the 40W wire charger and it charges to 100 percent within 69 minutes if charged with the wireless charger of 30W.
